After a lengthy transformation, Newcastle's City Pool and Turkish Baths reopened in 2019 as an exciting, city centre lifestyle destination. This historic venue was recently lovingly restored to celebrate its rich history and heritage. The regeneration work of the Grade II listed building has sensitively restored many of the buildings original features and has created a restful place for swimming and yoga as well as bringing in top of the range gym facilities to modernise the space.
As well as the swimming pool there are also stunning, top quality fitness and wellbeing facilities and a cafe bistro.
Hands up, who is ready for a little relaxation and well-being in Newcastle? Visitors to The City Baths Newcastle can enjoy a range of activities including a programme of more than 50 exercise classes from yoga and pilates, to Fusions bespoke high-intensity interval training, INTENCITY and Les Mills sessions.
