Born in 2010 from a love of great burgers, it all started with Fat Hippo Jesmond. As the original branch of Fat Hippo, located in the heart of the leafy Jesmond, you can expect nothing less than mouth watering speciality burgers and tasty sides. Fat Hippo burgers are nothing but basic, from peanut butter to bacon jam, a Fat Hippo burger will not be forgotten. Hippo Hour is not to be missed, where you can feast on two courses for £12 or three courses for £15, Monday - Friday between 5pm - 7pm.
Don't worry if you're not a meat lover or have particular dietary requirements, there are dairy free, gluten free, vegan and vegetarian menus available, so the Fat Hippo experience can be had by all.
