2023 is going to be a HUGE year for events in NewcastleGateshead! Take a look at some of the highlights...

The popular late night culture crawl The Late Shows will shine a light on the much loved cultural hubs of Newcastle and Gateshead in May 2023. Sam Fender will take to the stage at St James' Park for what has been coined the Geordie Bank Holiday in June, playing to thousands of lucky fans who have managed to get tickets. The spotlight will continue to shine on St James' Park with the return of Magic Weekend, with Newcastle hosting the event for a record seventh time.

The opening of Lilidorei at Alnwick Garden in Spring 2023 will be a landmark event for the region as The World’s Largest Play Structure welcomes visitors. Northern Pride will brighten up summer in NewcastleGateshead with a celebration event in July. 

Runners will be flocking to the toon to take part in the Great North Run in September and as the nights grow colder, Fenwick will reveal the Christmas Window for 2023.
