From Santa's grand arrival to festive cheer, interactive workshops, and panoramic views, this event promises an unforgettable journey through the heart of Christmas for families and friends!

What to Expect

1. Rooftop Arrival: Begin your journey by meeting Santa's cheerful elves at the Third Floor entrance. They'll guide you to the Express Elevator, which will take you up to the rooftop.
2. Singing Reindeer: As you reach the rooftop, Santa's singing reindeer will set the perfect festive mood with their delightful tunes.
3. Santa's Cabin: Step into Santa's cosy cabin and share your Christmas wishes with the man himself. Make sure your list is ready for Santa to check it twice!
4. Festive Crafting: Visit Santa's workshop and get creative with the elves, making this experience not just magical but also hands-on fun.
5. Café Claus: After all the excitement, enjoy a sweet treat at Café Claus. Parents can savour hot chocolate, mulled wine, or spiced apple juice (with mince pies), while kids can delight in hot chocolate or juice and a Christmas cupcake (gluten and dairy-free options available).
6. Sleigh Ride: Complete your unforgettable experience with a ride on Santa's sleigh, perfect for capturing that special family photo.

Ticket Registration Process

To ensure fairness, Fenwick have introduced a pre-registration system for ticket access:

• Ticket Options: Tickets are available at £22 per person. This year, gather your friends and family and book a whole slot for up to 6 people at just £100, making it a fantastic festive outing for groups.
• Registration Period: From 10am on Thursday, 5th September, until 11.59pm on Wednesday, 18th September.
• Authentication: Click the link in the confirmation email you receive to authenticate your registration.
• Ticket Access: Randomly selected customers will be notified via email with a unique purchase link. Tickets can be purchased from 10am on Tuesday, 1st October.
• Waiting List: Customers not selected initially will be placed on a waiting list for potential ticket access.

Important Details

• Tickets are limited, and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  
• Adults and children's tickets are £22 each; all guests (including children under 2) must have a ticket.
• The entire experience lasts approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
• Groups are limited to a maximum of 6 guests (excluding children under 2).
• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
