Cosy Retreats are delighted to be able to offer a wonderful selection of self-catering holiday cottages in Northumberland, tucked away in a selection of exquisite locations, for a perfect break in our delightful region.
We are a growing company that seeks to offer a fresh experience to our guests...less corporate, more human...and if we can help you, we will! We offer a friendly and flexible local service with all of our Northumberland holiday cottages, delivered thoughtfully and aimed solely at giving you, our guests, total peace of mind through every stage of the process...from enquiry to check-out.
If the rugged and spectacular Northumberland Coast is what you're looking for – we have some fabulous self-catering holiday accommodation in a handful of delightful Northumbrian towns and villages such as Embleton and Warkworth. How wonderful to be just a stroll away from some of the most magnificent beaches the entire country has to offer, which are all dog-friendly all year-round. There are so many stunning views of gorgeous coves and bays and historic, battle-scarred castles to explore...you'll most certainly need another visit to fit it all in! Further in-land and equally spectacular, why not head out west into Hadrian’s Wall country and stay in Wylam village, the historic home of George Stephenson.
If it's the vast and wild Northumberland National Park that you'd like on your doorstep, then how about the delightful village of Longframlington with its jaw-dropping scenery in all directions? Or, if luxury holiday cottages are your thing, then you should look no further than ‘Honeymug’ in the tiny hamlet of Branton. Our guests adore this cottage and so many come back year on year...which is no surprise really...it must be the swimming pool, sauna, spa, gym...it's a long list, why not take a look for yourself!
