At Porterhouse Newcastle, it’s all about the meat.
To showcase what cooking with meat is all about, Porterhouse have brought together a butcher’s counter, a steakhouse and a team of talented chefs in Fenwick Newcastle's Food Hall.
Working with only the best products, from Himalayan salt-aged beef to organic Wagyu offers up exquisite tasting steaks with a focus on quality, flavour and provenance in a unique modern butcher shop with casual dining space.
Watch Porterhouse's chefs cook over a charcoal-fired Josper grill, quiz them on best cuts and techniques, then decide whether to eat or buy - or, why not do both and make it a delicious experience to remember.
