Studio 28 Patisserie is tucked away in Hoults Yard near Ouseburn and is a haven for chocolate lovers! The independent coffee shop and patisserie sells handcrafted chocolates, fancy cakes, traybakes and artisan treats which are perfect for gifts and celebrations (as well as enjoying 'just because'!). Drop by to enjoy a cup of coffee or the purest hot chocolate.
Order online or visit Studio 28 Patisserie to get your fix of top-quality, handcrafted chocolate from slabs, bonbons and excellent celebration cakes to takeaway. There is even a selection of vegan chocolate available too.
The coffee shop and patisserie is owned by Newcastle-based chocolatier, Naomi Longfield who has trained with Michelin-starred pastry chefs and has worked as the pastry chef at Hakkasan in London. During easier times (before the coronavirus outbreak) Naomi ran masterclasses and workshops for anyone who would like to have a go at creating their own artisan chocolates, truffles and Easter eggs themselves. Keep an eye out for any updates on the return of these courses, workshops and events.
