Red Mezze

Red Mezze on Leazes Park Road has been a fixture of the Newcastle dining scene for more than a decade.

This Turkish and Mediterranean restaurant with its distinct red décor and Turkish memorabilia adorning the walls is close to both the University and football stadium and is open seven days a week from 11.30am right through until late.

The charcoal grill is always fired up and both meat skewers and their Mixed Grill are house specialities. But there is loads of choice on the menu including hot and cold mezze plates, BBQ dishes, fish and vegetarian options. There are great-value special deals available at lunch and early evening.
