The Angel View Inn is just a few minutes’ walk from the world-famous Angel of the North, but despite its proximity to the landmark, the venue remains a real hidden gem. The stone-built hotel is based around former farm buildings and is set back from the road hidden by foliage.
Centred around a courtyard, this light and airy venue combines a marvellous 27-bedroom hotel, 40-seater restaurant, a fantastic network of four generously proportioned bar/lounge areas and two conference/banqueting rooms. A popular choice for wedding receptions, the picturesque backdrop makes it an appealing option. Beer connoisseurs can take their pick from the selection of Wylam Brewery house real ales, and the restaurant is popular on Sundays when their carvery is available.
The Inn is perfectly located for access from both North and South UK, just 15 miles from Newcastle International Airport. There is parking available for 100 vehicles within the well-lit CCTV protected car park.
