After discovering the delights of Asian cuisine whilst working together for private clients overseas, chefs and business owners Edward and Richard returned to the North East to launch their own restaurant dedicated to pan- Asian flavours.
Formerly Bao Buns, 206 Sushi and Sliders is found in Newcastle's trendy suburb of Heaton, and is a concept for take away food offering a range of sushi such as maki and California rolls along with sliders and vegetarian options. 206 Sushi and Sliders is available to order online and via telephone, or stop by their window to place an order.
The menu is predominantly locally sourced and made with an Asian american influence. They specialise in Asian flavours, serving great sliders, as well as take home cocktails and bottled beer.
If you're looking for a breakfast like no other, then pay a visit to their Pablo Eggsgobao pop up from 7am - 11.30, serving up coffees and breakfast bao stuffed full of inventive breakfast flavour combos.
