Join us for a joyful Pride Family Fun Day packed with creativity, laughter and something for everyone to enjoy! Whether you’re coming along with little ones, friends or just fancy a relaxed day out, there’ll be plenty to get involved in.
This year we've teamed up with the brilliant Bensham Grove Community Centre for a packed day of free activities.
Get hands-on with Raku-fired pottery, try your hand at bracelet making or have a go at cosy finger knitting. Settle in for magical storytime sessions, or let imaginations run wild with colourful face painting.
Outside, you’ll find garden games, inflatables and a range of welcoming stalls to explore. When it’s time to refuel, we’ve got you covered with a burger van, tasty vegan options, and a coffee van to keep everyone going (and we’re hoping to add pizza to the menu too!).
We’re also delighted to be joined by Gateshead Environmental Services and the brilliant team from Pride Radio, helping to make the day even more special.
