Craft beer has experienced a revolution over the last few decades, with some of the best examples brewed right here on our doorstep. In 2024, our sister restaurant Blackfriars proudly opened their own micro-brewery in Blackfriars’ Chapter House, a historic building once used as the Bakers & Brewers Guild meeting room.
Throughout the evening, you’ll learn about the narrative of St Dominic’s new beers, head-brewer Benjamin’s journey into brewing and gain insights into the beers you’ll be enjoying. Co-hosted with Hadrian Border Brewery, established in 1994, you’ll also hear their fascinating brewing story and taste their exceptional beers, each paired with a perfectly matched course.
