We have two weeks of fun lined up at Life, covering the February half-term holidays across the region.
Special guests Wonderstruck bring their spectacular Rocket Show* to Life from Saturday 14 February to Sunday 22 February only. Packed with big bangs and explosions- visitors will uncover the fascinating science behind rockets and rocket-related inventions in this high-energy live show.
The Rocket Show runs as part of Life’s action-packed half-term programme, which includes:
• Live Science Show, Find the Fake, where you can put your senses to the test and discover how easily your brain can be fooled (especially in a world of AI deepfakes!)
• The Sky Tonight - Orion, a breathtaking presenter-led Planetarium show, which lets you journey through the night sky exactly as it appears that evening
• Make a cardboard selfie in The Making Studios
• Over 7s can don a lab coat and get hands-on in Experiment Zone, while under 7s set their imagination free in our Play Zone
and MUCH more, all included in your science centre ticket.
*Tickets for The Rocket Show are available at our reception on a first come first served basis as part of your science centre ticket. The Rocket Show runs from 14 – 22 February only, the rest of the programme runs from 14 February - 1 March.
