Join RGS Head of Hockey David Birch, (a former National League Hockey player and National League Head Coach for the 23/24 season) for a 1 day inspiring indoor hockey course.
Suitable for players at all levels and those new to the sport these sessions are designed to develop your skills and techniques whilst making new friends and more importantly having fun!
Each day will include a mixture of games-based activities, skills rotations and match play.
Ages: Y5 - Y8
Timings: 10am - 4pm.
Drop off/Collection: RGS Main Reception on Eskdale Terrace. Drop off from 9:45am / Collection at 4pm
Kit: Training will take place inside so ensure you wear something comfortable and that you can move around in easily. RGS will provide hockey sticks but we you must provide your child with a gum shield and shin pads.
Food & Drink: Please ensure you bring a water bottle, a morning and afternoon snack and a packed lunch. We operate a NO NUT policy on site.
Complimentary wrap around (8:30am - 10am): Available
CANCELLATION POLICY
If your child is unable to attend a summer skills session, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund. However, in some circumstances we may be able to offer a credit towards a future booking. Please email communications@rgs.newcastle.sch.uk if you have any questions.
