We are delighted to invite you to the RGS Garden Party, onSaturday 21st June 2025, a highlight of our calendar, which will be extra special this year as part of our Quincentenary celebrations. The event will take place in a grand marquee on the rugby pitch at the School.
Welcome drinks will be served accompanied by entertainment from our talented RGS Students. This will be followed by dinner then dancing and celebrations into the night, including music from our resident DJ, Mr James Miller.
Guests should arrive from 6pm. Dinner will be called at 7pm. Carriages at 11pm.
Dress code is smart but relaxed, with a touch of gold(optional but encouraged to celebrate our 500th year).
This is a fabulous, relaxed night of celebration for RGS parents and Old Novos. We extend a particularly warm welcome to parents of current Y13 and Y6 students, marking this milestone as their children move to the next stage of their lives, as well as parents of new students joining us in September, providing a wonderful opportunity to connect with other parents in your children's year group.
The cost is65 per head. Tables seat 10 guests. You can reserve a table by purchasing 10 tickets. Individual tickets can also be booked, and we will seat you with other parents from your childs year group.
Bookings close on 7th June 2025. Cancellations with a full refund must be made at least 14 days before the event. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations made after this date.
All profits from the event will go to supporting the RGS Bursary Campaign, via the RGS Educational Trust (registered charity number 508285).
