After exploring pastel application techniques for an underpainting as a base for pastel painting. Create palettes using colour theory to develop contrast, depth and perspective. Develop expressive pieces to inspire a landscape painting.
Using the techniques from earlier in the day you will create an Expressive Landscape painting bringing together all learned elements
Using an expressive style to create a chosen underpainting, blocking in your landscape to build layers to create atmosphere and depth
