After many years managing several successful heavy engineering businesses, founder Phil Kite took up rowing thanks to a chance conversation over a garden fence. Since then, Phil has gone on to win several rowing accolades and in 2018 led a team that rowed 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean in a Guinness World Record Time. In 2023 he completed a second Atlantic row, supporting one of the Northeast’s leading mental health Charities.
