As the daylight hours dwindle and nights become longer between October 28th and October 31st, immerse yourself in the eerie ambiance of Tynemouth Priory by embarking on a family-friendly stroll accompanied by ghost-hunting narrators. Delve into captivating stories brimming with peculiar and mysterious occurrences during this Halloween-themed walk, guaranteed to entertain all. Tickets are £8.50 for a child and £14.00 for adults.
Scream to your heart's content...
Located just outside of Newcastle, take part in the scream park, Psycho Path. The scare park will be open to members of the public from September 28 until October 31 - with four brand new thrills set to terrify visitors. The park consists of a variety of different experiences designed to send shivers down visitors' spines, including a range of horror-themed attractions, such as classics like Iscream, Psycho City, Corn-ered, Thunder Dome, Isolation, and Cutthroat Island. 2024 brings the addition of a Dolls House-themed maze and a 'deeply disturbing' immersive cinema.

Lilidorei at The Alnwick Garden is bringing back its thrilling Spookydorei celebrations, and this year it's bigger and spookier than ever! From the 2nd of October until the 3rd of November, the enchanting village will be transformed into a Halloween wonderland, perfect for children of all ages. Each of the nine magical clan houses will be decked out in eerie decorations, with glowing lights, smoke effects, and spine-chilling soundscapes setting the scene for this Halloween extravaganza. Visitors can expect ghoulish storytelling, puzzles, and themed games throughout the day. For those seeking an extra thrill, Spookydorei Nights offers an after-dark adventure, running on select nights in October. There are two trails to explore: one for the little ones and a spookier option for those who love a good fright. Half-term fun runs from 10am to 4pm, with an added evening session (5pm to 9pm) for the bold and brave.
