Gino D’Acampo

Born in the south of Italy, Gino D’Acampo’s parents always encouraged him to try all kinds of food, so he has created a children’s menu at his Quayside restaurant to encourage them to try something new. The bambino menu is full of fresh Italian ingredients - from mains to pasta, your children can get a taste of Italy in Newcastle. There is another menu for the bigger bambino’s where you can choose from high-quality cuts of meat, fish and chicken, steeped in marinade, seared on our grill and served with homemade sauces or salsas, each chosen to complement the natural flavours of each dish.

Chaophraya

Take your family to Thailand without the long flight by experiencing a flavour-filled dining experience at Chaophraya in Eldon Square’s Grey’s Quarter Square. Founder Kim took inspiration for the restaurant from her love of cooking with her Mum. Now you can take your children and share in that experience too. The children’s menu is full of Thai flavours, including Red and Green Thai curries, Sweet & Sour with Jasmine rice and a delicious Pad Thai curry. Chaophraya's menu is full of colouring-in and puzzles to keep young diners' minds as busy as their tummies.
