For toddlers aged 33 months - 5 years old and their carers

10am - 12.30pm

First floor

£2.75 + booking fee per toddler.

Accompanying adults and babies go free.

There is limited parking on Blandford Square and the closest multi-storey is Grainger Town car park on Waterloo Street.

Come along with your toddlers and takeover Discovery Museum!

Join us with your little ones to take over the galleries on the first floor of Discovery Museum.

There will be a series of simple play activities on offer, encouraging toddlers to explore the museum in new and fun ways.

To support our new exhibition - "Steam to Green: A North East Energy Revolution" - all activities will be Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts or Mathematics (STEAM) themed!

Activities include:

We would recommend spending one hour exploring the different activities at your own pace. You can take part in as many, or as few, activities as you like and in any order you prefer.
