In this workshop we will be making expressive textile landscapes using hand dyed fabrics. We will experiment with free motion embroidery to create compositions and add detail to our images. All materials will be provided, if you want to bring your own sewing machine you can - it must have a darning foot and a release button for the feed teeth.
Basic sewing machine knowledge would be useful but no previous experience of free motion embroidery is required.
The workshop timings include an apporoximate 45 minute lunch break. You can pre-order from our café and get 10% discount.
