Get ready to party at the Pride in Gateshead Concert – a free, feel-good celebration taking over Baltic Square on Saturday 30 August!
Running from 12pm to 7pm, this unmissable event brings live music, drag excellence and fierce energy to the heart of Gateshead’s Quayside.
Taking to the stage this year is RuPaul’s Drag Race UK winner Danny Beard, alongside 90s pop royalty Betty Boo, and Union J’s Jaymi Hensley. The line-up also features powerhouse vocalist Lorraine Crosby, show-stopping local talent The Tipsy Divas, acclaimed tribute act The UK’s No.1 Olly Alexander, and rising stars The Future is Queer.
Expect glitter, glam, and a massive pop-fuelled soundtrack – all hosted by the legendary Ophelia Balls with help from the Pride Radio crew.
While the event is completely free to attend, advance ticket registration is essential as capacity is limited.
