Step into Gibside’s woodland and let nature work its quiet magic. Forest Bathing is a slow, sensory experience proven to ease anxiety, calm the nervous system, and deepen your connection with the natural world. You’ll explore the forest through gentle movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness.
This three-hour walk covers 1-1.5 miles at a relaxed pace, with seasonal themes, simple eco-art, and time to reflect. You’ll join a small, welcoming group and close the session with foraged tea, homemade cake, and a quiet circle. Entry and parking are free.
