Bom dia! Come join us on Saturday 9th August at The Staiths Cafe on Gateshead’s riverside for a vibrant celebration of Brazilian culture! Get ready to immerse yourself in the rhythms of samba, taste delicious Brazilian cuisine and be entertained with a capoeira performance from 4.30pm samba dancing 4.30-7pm live music from the Tropicanos 5-7pm and DJ Radio Roberto spinning some Brazilian beats 7-10pm
This party is the main event in our Brazilian Energy week at the cafe which features a samba dance class on Wed 6th, Brazilian fit class on Tues 5th&Thur8th, a kids carnival mask making workshop on Fri 8th - all tickets for these are still available via eventbrite, just go to the link in our bio on Instagram. There are also two free live music events on Friday 8th evening and Sunday 11th afternoon (no ticket needed for these, just book a table)
‘Brazilian Energy’ is inspired by the diverse culture and talent we have right here in your community so come out and support the lively spirit of Brazil and have some fun with your friends and family!
We hope that we can continue to organise further events that brings different cuisines, music and activities from around the World to showcase down at the Dunston Riviera!
Early bird tickets for the Saturday party are still available and under 10yrs go free!
