Astravaganza Entertainment Everybodys Talking About Jamie
From the local producers of the successes of ‘Priscilla Queen Of The Desert’, 'Annie', ‘The Producers’, ‘Shrek’ and 'OLIVER!', Astravaganza Entertainment are delighted to be bringing 'Everybody's Talking About Jamie' to the Customs House in May 2025.

Following a record-breaking three-year West End residency, a sold-out UK & Ireland Tour, the smash-hit and critically acclaimed musical 'Everybody’s Talking About Jamie' comes to the Customs House in May 2025, produced by Liam Glendinning for Astravaganza Entertainment.

Jamie New is sixteen and lives on a council estate in Sheffield. Jamie doesn’t quite fit in. Jamie is terrified about the future. Jamie is going to be a sensation. Supported by his brilliant loving mum and surrounded by his friends, Jamie overcomes prejudice, beats the bullies, and steps out of the darkness, into the spotlight. This funny, outrageous and touching musical sensation is to be experienced by all the family and not to be missed!

Set to an original score of catchy pop tunes that will ‘blow the roof off the Theatre’ by lead singer-songwriter of The Feeling, Dan Gillespie Sells and writer Tom MacRae (Doctor Who). This sparkling coming-of-age musical will have everybody talking about Jamie for years to come.

Sixteen: the edge of possibility. Time to make your dreams come true.

Parental discretion is advised- Contains some strong language, mild sexual references, and adult themes including bullying and discrimination including homophobia.

Running times: 2 hours, 40 mins, (including a 20 minute interval)
