We are looking forward to welcoming you to the first of the peer learning sessions. You will meet the other teachers involved in Cultural Match (16 people in total), along with Charlotte Dack from North East Museums and Mel Burgess from North East Mayoral Strategic Authority.
The session will be led by Rachel Adam (Peer Learning Facilitator) and Sarah Hudson (Creative Producer) will be taking part too, following her one-to-one meetings with the eight participating schools.
At lunchtime we will be joined by representatives from North East Museums venues, plus other cultural organisations in the region, for a Meet Your Potential Match session, where you can find out about organisations you might want to collaborate with through Cultural Match.
We will also be welcoming Georgia Broderick from Hadrian Park Primary, who as an ECT took part in Cultural Match 2025/26. She will describe her schools Cultural Match project and share some top tips to support the start of your Cultural Match journey.
Purpose of the day

c) Explore what Cultural Capital means to everyone and what success will look like
