COSM are a four-piece psych-shoegaze band based in Cornwall, hailing from both sides of the Atlantic.
Fronted by vocalist-guitarist Tom Hunter, with his brother Jim Hunter on bass & vocals, alongside Emily Howarth on guitar and Zach OLoughlin on drums, their sound blends swirling guitars, ethereal atmospherics, reverb-heavy melodies, and an emotional core shaped by transatlantic relocation and personal evolution.
They released their self-titled debut EP in late 2024 via Krautpop! on vinyl and digital formats. The EP includes tracks like Weightless, Say About Me, and Reverberate.
Having quickly gained momentum in the South West UK gig scene, COSM have been added to festival lineups this year such as Boardmasters, Great Estate, and Little Orchards.
Having previously supported shoegaze bands such as Mondaze and Glazyhaze, COSM are now headlining a tour of their own. Come see their debut in Newcastle promoting the release of their latest single "Black Holes".
