Bop and Bond classes allow parents to move their bodies while keeping their baby close in a sling or carrier. These sessions combine gentle dance, stretching, and low-impact movement designed to help you get in touch with your body and you. Focusing on well-being and giving you time to do a little something for you whilst keeping baby close, you’ll also be strengthening the core, pelvic floor, and improving posture. Babies benefit from the movement and closeness, gaining early sensory stimulation and comfort, while parents enjoy social interaction, bonding with their child, and a fun, supportive environment.
