Introduction to Brewing Course - Blackfriars Restaurant and Banquet Hall

Enjoy a fun and hands-on day of brewing beer at St Dominic’s Brewery at Blackfriars. Learn the basics of the brewing process with like-minded beginners and enthusiasts with our Head Brewer, Ben. The day includes an introduction to brewing and a practical brewing session where you’ll brew 50 to 100 litres of either one of core ranges (Lager, Pale or IPA) or a seasonal special.There’ll be plenty of refreshments, lunch and of course beer to sample! At the end of the day, as well as an information pack, you can also either take home 6 bottles of beer from our stocks or return a couple of weeks later for 6 bottles of the actual beer you made on the day.
