Vallum is a community of food producers who have gathered together on the family-run farm out of their shared ethos and commitment to traditional, local produce.
A thriving destination for business, wellbeing and countryside escapes. Vallum is run by Chris and Poppy Downs, with Peter Moffitt. It’s a working farm and community hub, home to Vallum Cabins, Vallum Padel (coming soon), and a mix of independent businesses - from the Michelin-starred Restaurant Pine and artisan coffee roasters to a wedding venue, architects, and craft makers.
