Altitude is a hidden, Balearic rooftop venue located in the heart of Newcastle, bringing together a playful party vibe, sundowner cocktails, classic house DJs and dancers.
Situated on Clayton Street West, Altitude is a hidden gem, located on the rooftop of music venue NX. Sitting seven stories above the hustle and bustle of the streets below, guests can expect to enjoy bottomless brunches and sip on expertly mixed cocktails to the sound of house classics by resident DJs and dancers.
Set in the perfect suntrap location, the summer bar Altitude will leave customers feeling like they have left the city and landed in Ibiza. The design inspiration brings in elements of a Tulum décor with a European style of vibrant wall murals, bamboo fencing and a drooped net ceiling in one area of the bar. Altitude is fully heated and lit by pendant-style festoon lighting.
Offering bottomless drunch packages, private bookings and pizzas courtesy of local business Gingerino’s, Altitude provides the perfect place for alfresco dining, group bookings and date nights, as well as after-work wind-downs and summer vibes long into the night.
