Unlimited steak! Rio has a set price for unlimited steak, meaning you can eat to your heart's content. You can have as much meat and the other hot mains from the non-meat options as you can eat, as well as unlimited trips to the salad bar. There’s a traffic light system for ordering of red and green coasters. If your coaster is green, the chefs will keep coming to your table with cuts which are carved at your table rodízio style, a method of eat-all-you-can that’s popular in Brazil – and it’s not difficult to see why.
