    Around the Quayside, tuck into perfectly-cooked steaks at The Broad Chare or 21, both of which are among the best restaurants in Newcastle or pay a visit to Tomahawk Steakhouse which fantastic views of Gateshead Millennium Bridge. Or if you're searching for steak restaurants in Jesmond, look no further than Rio's. Enjoy as much steak as you want as the specially trained chefs carve the steaks at your tableside until you are full.

    There are many fantastic steak restaurants in Gateshead too, but they don't come more special than Six at BALTIC on the sixth floor of the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Arts.     The Broad Chare, Newcastle Quayside

    Träkol, Gateshead Quayside

    Träkol can be found on the Gateshead Quayside and showcases seasonal and ethical cooking with a fresh focus on preservation, dry ageing and cooking over fire. What tastes great over the fire? Steak! Enjoy a 400g Sirloin On The Bone, Bone Marrow and Fermented Potatoes. Träkol is mentioned in the Michelin Guide and is a perfect place to treat yourself in Gateshead.

    SIX at BALTIC, Gateshead Quayside

    SIX restaurant can be found on the top floor of BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art and is known for its dramatic panoramic views of the Newcastle and Gateshead Quayside and beyond, as well as its delicious modern British cuisine. The rooftop restaurant designs its evening menus around sustainable and locally sourced produce, supporting local artisan producers.     Rio, Jesmond

    Whats better than steak? Unlimited steak! Rio has a set price for unlimited steak, meaning you can eat to your heart's content. You can have as much meat and the other hot mains from the non-meat options as you can eat, as well as unlimited trips to the salad bar. There’s a traffic light system for ordering of red and green coasters. If your coaster is green, the chefs will keep coming to your table with cuts which are carved at your table rodízio style, a method of eat-all-you-can that’s popular in Brazil – and it’s not difficult to see why.
