This workshop looks at the pre Spanish invasion Mexican street food: taco’s. Made with either corn or flour tortillas and a multitude of fillings, this taco workshop will delight your taste buds with a spicy tingle and citrus burst. Learn to make the classic corn tortilla and traditional Mexican fillings for a sure fire lunch time treat.
Once the cooking is over you can sit, with a beer or glass of fizz, and consume your handiwork. These courses are designed to be relaxed, informative and fun.
