Get ready to experiment, create, and get messy at this hands-on family painting workshop at BALTIC!
Join artist Sue Loughlin for a day of creative exploration, where children and families can discover new ways to apply paint using a variety of tools, materials, and techniques. Inspired by the work of Rachel Lancaster and Laura Lancaster: Remember, Somewhere, this session encourages participants to brush, dab, drag, mix, and move paint in exciting and unexpected ways.
All materials are provided, including aprons, and the paint used is non-toxic and washable—so don’t be afraid to get stuck in!
This drop-in workshop is designed for families with children aged 5-12 and takes place in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
