This New Year’s Eve, Newcastle’s Quayside is the place to be as it transforms into the city’s biggest celebration!

From 8.30pm, the Quayside will transform into a ticket-only party village, bursting with energy, entertainment and atmosphere. Expect incredible live music across two stages, roaming performers lighting up the streets, a vibrant mix of food stalls and lively bars serving up festive cheer (with plenty to purchase). And when the clock strikes midnight, all eyes will turn to the Tyne for a spectacular firework finale, lighting up the city in unforgettable style to welcome in 2026.

Capacity is limited, so advance tickets are essential. Please note there are 3 separate entrance points so please take note of your entry point when buying your tickets. In addition to the Howaymanay extravaganza, there will also be a free firework display for families on the Quayside at 6pm on New Year’s Eve, perfect for those who enjoy celebrating earlier in the evening.
