As most will now know we are always thinking of ways to make the WR a little different to the normal venue & this night with Bert & Kenny is something which continues this thinking..
So the idea of a Gigs by Candlelight night came to me & I thought who better to do this than B & K..
This pair of amazing musicians individually are great, but when they play together, are something really special indeed..
As some will know, Bert is totally blind & this makes the whole thing they do even more amazing, mesmerising & utterly captivating for people
So after discussing with the pair of them, Bert in particular, we are doing this gig as a totally 100% UNPLUGGED, ACOUSTIC show.
There Stage will be in the middle of the venue surrounded by intimate lighting & candles (battery ones) with the audience seated in the round both in front & to the side of the stage
For the front rows in particular, its a unique chance to be sitting right beside the artists, in this intimate setting listening to stunning music performed in its natural form.
On top of all this B + K will also be performing a special encore which will promises to be amazing be the icing on an already fantastic cake..
