Rhiannon Giddens - The Glasshouse International Centre for Music

Grammy Award winning singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Giddens won critical acclaim for her debut solo album *Tomorrow is My Turn*, recorded in Los Angeles and Nashville, with a multi-generational group of players whom T Bone Burnett assembled. Her second album *Freedom Highway* released in February 2017 was named Uncut's Album of the Month. She has received the BBC2 Radio 2 Folk Singer of the Year Award and the Steve Martin Prize for Excellence in Bluegrass and Banjo.
