Home Educators'session: Introduction to Pre-History - am Session
Take part in an interactive timeline activity to develop chronological understanding. Children will be able to play the part of different characters from pre-history, for example, a Neolithic farmer or a Palaeolithic person. They will then handle some replica and original objects linked to the Stone Age, learn about how people lived during the Bronze Age, and have a go at weaving a wattle fence and design their own Iron Age tribe name.

This session is aimed at KS2 children. We ask that parents are responsible for children on their visits and accompany the children on the visit. We ask that younger siblings don't attend the session, except for babies in arms.
