Join Dan from Daniel Sams Basketry on Saturday 19th December for a relaxed and fun workshop where you'll weave your very own willow angel to take home. Standing around 60cm tall, she'll look beautiful beside the tree, on a hearth, in a hallway, or as a gift for someone special.
No experience needed. Dan will guide you through every step, from shaping and weaving the willow to adding your finishing touches, and you'll leave with a beautiful item to enjoy.
The workshop is led by Dan Sams of Daniel Sams Basketry (www.daniel-sams.com), a basket maker and coppice worker with over 30 years of woodworking experience. Dan has been running weaving and craft workshops across the North East for several years and is well known for his fun and engaging workshop style.
