Life and Limb Puppets are offering a 5 session course in Core Puppetry skills in collaboration with Live Theatre in Nov 2026 for up to 15 participants.
Demand for puppets and puppetry artists has been increasing and ever since the success of Warhorse puppets can be seen more and more on stage.
Puppetry however is a distinct skill set which is not widely taught in the region outside some annual events and this creates casting issues for local companies who wish to include puppetry more in their work including Life and Limb.
This course aims to fill that gap and equip participants with the skills they need to attend and succeed in auditions which require puppetry both locally and nationally.
Life and Limb trained puppeteers have gone on to various other roles in puppetry both nationally and internationally.
