With just one instrument Maxim creates the richness of a full band through intricate melodies, percussive rhythms and expressive harmonics. Weaving intricate soundscapes with his guitar, his set features original compositions, performed with depth, nuance and groove. .

Michael is well known for his appearances in UK blues festivals & clubs across the country. Embracing the rich history of early blues, his own writing style draws from the likes of Renbourn, Graham, Jansch as well as the early acoustic bluesmen of the 1930s.

Both men are brilliant acoustic guitarists with their styles being at opposite ends of the spectrum.
