Celebrate sixty years of the Young People's Theatre
The Young People's Theatre was founded in 1963, the same year the People's Theatre moved to its current home in Heaton.
To mark the occasion, we’d like to invite anyone who has been a member of the Young People’s Theatre to our reunion celebration. There will be a matinee performance of The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe followed by a social get together in the evening.

Join the Pevensie children as they escape wartime Britain into an exciting faraway land populated by friendly Beavers, brave Centaurs, a talkative Faun, and mighty ruler Aslan who is locked in a battle with the frosty and fearsome White Witch.
This adaptation of C.S. Lewis’ much-loved classic is a celebration of courage, friendship, love, and the triumph of good over evil. A wintry adventure for all ages!
