When it comes to pairing a drink with cheese, Port usually comes to mind. But one of our favourite sips cheese pairings might surprise you. With flavours ranging from vanilla and citrus to forest & smoke, whisky is often our tipple of choice. From a rich and creamy blue with a peated Islay to a tangy mature Cheddar with a fruity Dalmore 15, a great whisky and cheese pairing is one of life’s little pleasures. And let’s face it; we could all do with a few more of those at the moment.
