Katie Gilbert (Soprano) and David Murray (Piano) invite you to escape for an hour into a world of song, featuring luxurious French songs by Fauré, Debussy, Ravel, Hahn and Poulenc, and passionate Russian songs by Rachmaninov, Balakirev and Tchaikovsky. The recital also includes the exquisite ‘Baïlerò’ from Canteloubes Chants D’Auvergne, and beautiful North East folk songs.
This recital will be livestreamed from The Globe, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and with the ticket you can watch the gig live and at any time during the following week.
