Happy Halloween! Mack and Mama Rhi welcome you to their haunted house of cabaret tricks, treats and sexy beats. We invite you in your best ghoulish costumes to champion your inner monster on a night to celebrate the kooky and have a little boogie. You can expect menacing music, sinful spoken word and devilish Drag. We permit anyone on the spooky spectrum to join us for our cabaret. This event does not exclude LGBTQIA+ Allies, but welcomes them to join their queer friends, it will be a scream!
Rhianne/ Mama Rhi (She / Her)
I am a theatre maker and cabaret artist, making work under the alias “Mama Rhi”. I make predominantly feminist lip sync and burlesque performances that delves into themes surrounding body positivity, female sexuality and joyous celebrations of love. My work is satirically sexy, rebellious and mischievous with a wicked sense of humour.
Mack (They / He)
I am a cabaret maker, binary breaker, lip-syncer and zine-ster. I make challenging and sometimes daft work to help represent the under-represented and advocate positive well being for the LGBTQIA+ community. My work is playful, educational, cut and stick, silly and raw, and inspired by pop culture, 80s movies, comic books and my own experiences as a trans person.
