Monoprinting as a technique creates one off, unique images. The brilliance of this technique lies in its spontaneity and accessibility to beginners and those new to print making. During this workshop you will learn the process of monoprinting using water based inks, dried flowers and pressed botanicals to explore and experiment building your very own collection of hand printed pieces.
As part of your workshop experience, take a walk through the inspiring grounds of Gibside estate, connect with nature and create unique monoprints. All materials will be provided for this workshop including tea, coffee and of course, cake!
