Join us for a day into night of joyous fun
Daytime - family fun with stalls and a bingo - disco -party
Night time - music dancing and joy, hear more about the show and celebrate womxn and girls.
The team behind SHUSH are fundraising to take this show across the UK and need some match funding for their arts council applications to get this powerful message out in the world at this crucial time for womens rights.
Artists and activists Amy Golding and Lindsay Rodden with an international team of womxn and girls are making a new show that imagines a different future, a world of equality, a world without the oppressive system of patriarchy, a world in which women's and girl's voices and bodies are respected, heard and no longer 'shushed'. With stories from Iran to the US, North Shields to Glasgow, across the UK and the world, with a community cast from aged 8 to 80, this show will be unapologetic, raucous, loud and full of heart and hope.
It's a coming together... a movement.
