Starting off as a street food vendor, the ever popular Longhorns BBQ offering set up shop in Newcastle city centre, serving up some of the most authentic BBQ experiences outside of Texas.
All the meat served at the restaurant is locally sourced from Northumberland and Durham, and is rubbed with a blend of authentic spices and then smoked low and slow over hickory for up to 24 hours. All sauces and slaws are made fresh on the premises daily.
